I completed my Bachelor of Osteopathy degree (B.Ost) with the College of
Osteopaths in 2023. During the five-year course, I covered a variety of
modules and I had extensive training in the musculoskeletal system, anatomy and
physiology. The course also included over 1200 hours of supervised clinical training
which allows me to deliver optimised, personalised treatments for my patients.

During my degree and through working in private clinics, I have had the
opportunity to treat a wide range of people and complaints. Since graduating I’ve continued to learn new skills and became a Mummy MOT practitioner. I have a keen interest in Women’s Health and how I can help women to feel empowered and take control of their own health. I constantly strive to use Osteopathy to promote a more comfortable pregnancy as well as a functional pre & post-natal experience.

Since graduating, I have completed further studies in paediatric Osteopathy to learn specific gentle techniques to help babies feel more comfortable and settled. I find baby Osteopathy extremely rewarding and it is lovely to see my baby patients respond so quickly to treatment. Being able to reassure parents and help their babies feel more comfortable is a genuine priveledge.

I work in various locations around Hull and East Yorkshire so hopefully you will be able to use the booking links to find a clinic convenient to you. I look forward to meeting you!
